As said before, I learned a variety of ways to improve my fitness level. On regular fitness days for everyone, we do those runs that help my endurance level. I run for a longer amount of time than I ever had before. I learned that you could even stay fit without leaving your home, and you could do mini-workouts in your room full of sit-ups, jumping jacks, crutches, push-ups, planks, etc. depending on what body part you wanted to work on. I love doing those kinds of things if I can't leave the house. Even doing household chores such as vacuuming that require a lot of movement and even going up and down the stairs are at least something that benefits me. I learned that we can always find something to do to stay fit.
To be honest, I don't want this semester to end. I wish that Get Fit ran all semester. This class is really a joy to be in; however, since it is ending, I need to make goals by the end of the course. I hope that I keep up this motivated positive attitude. I hope that I can run for an even longer amount of time than I can now, or get a better score on the Beep Test. My ultimate goal is that even after this class ends, that I will take the things that I have learned from this class and use them in my every day life to continue to work on my fitness and become a healthier person overall.

Field trips.
I really do like field trips. I think they're a fun way for new active experiences. But sometimes when it gets in the way of other classes that are important too, its hard whether or not to pick if I should stay in class or go along on the field trip. English 12 is the most important class to me right now because its a provincial class, and we had a big assignment that day which really worried me if I missed. I also had a Japanese student that day which I was also worried about because the ice skating was farther than the last one since we had to take the bus, and I didn't know if we could take him there with the fact that he needed to rent skates and a helmet as well. So I'm sorry I didn't go, but I'm happy to join everyone on the next one.

Motivation
There are days where I do lose motivation to do things; however, during those times, I try to remain as positive as I can. I joined this class to get fit and get into the habits of living a healthy active lifestyle that I can be proud of. My movitation comes from my supporting peers, teachers and from knowing that this is for my own benefit. I was hesitant to join this class at first, but I'm really glad I did.

This is the first time I've ever tried dances like Zumba or Bhangra. Its a really nice experience and I'm glad there's a class at SHS that offers this kind of positive energy that the teachers give. It really is nice to hear, after you've tried your hardest at a run, etc.
